These Terms govern your use of SoloOps (“the Service”), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SoloOps helps solo businesses draft invoices, payment-reminder emails, and revenue summaries. Drafts are AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing every document — including tax figures, GSTIN, and amounts — before sending or filing it.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to misrepresent invoices or tax documents.

3. Plans & billing

The free tier includes 5 actions per month. Paid plans (Pro ₹499/mo, Business ₹1,499/mo) renew monthly via Razorpay or Stripe until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. AI output & no professional advice

SoloOps is not a chartered accountant or legal advisor. Generated tax calculations and documents are drafts for your review and do not constitute professional advice.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SoloOps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of generated documents.
