Privacy Policy

SoloOps respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and, where relevant, the GDPR.

1. What we collect

Your email (for account & waitlist), and the engagement details you enter to generate documents (client name, amount, service description). If you connect Gmail or Google Sheets, we access only what is needed to draft and send on your behalf.

2. How we use it

Solely to generate your invoices, reminders, and summaries, to operate your account, and to email you product updates you opt into. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

Document drafting is performed by a large language model. We send only the engagement details needed to produce your documents and do not use your private data to train models.

4. Retention & your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We retain account data only as long as your account is active.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted to operating the Service.
