Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for SoloOps paid plans, as required for Razorpay-processed payments.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and is not renewed.
2. Refunds
Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and are unsatisfied, email us for a full refund of that charge. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel before any renewal.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
Accidental duplicate charges are refunded in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe and typically settle within 5–7 business days.
4. How to request
Email hello@solo.aiskillhub.info with your account email and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.
